At Apex Psychiatry, our mission is to provide compassionate & effective psychiatric & medical care to our patients. We believe in a holistic approach to whole person health & work closely with our patients to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses their unique needs.

Imelda Garner is a dual certified Psychiatric Mental Health & Primary Care Specialist. She has been a medical provider for over a decade.

Originally from the Philippines she also speaks Tagalog & Cebuano. She made Oklahoma her new home, providing medical & mental health services to families, couples & individuals from ages 6 to 65+ in the Oklahoma Metro areas.

Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, whole person health care. We treat a number of mental & physical health disorders & provide a neutral ground to individuals, families & couples. 

We currently only accept self-pay patients only. Check back July 2025 for insurance patients.
